dc.descriptionThe present investigation was made aiming to know the familiar risk factors that have influence on adolescent pregnancy in the Ginoclogy and Obstetrics service of the Hospital Victor LazarteEchegaray in 2015. A descriptive investigation was made, using deductive – inductive methods, applying observation, interview and quiz thecnics. The study was made in the Ginoclogy and Obstetrics service of the Hospital Victor LazarteEchegaray with a total sample number of 80 pregnant adolescents. As risk factors, it was possible to identify the weak communication between parents and sons, which prejudice the integral education of them. For that reason, reaching the adolescence, physic and emotional changes may generate disorientation affecting their self – esteem, take of decisions and the approach of objectives, leading them to seek for attention and affection in people out of their family, people who may make them interested on sexuality and other conducts, which may bring consequences like early pregnancy and sexual transmitted diseases.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tiene como objetivo general identificar los“Factores de riesgo familiares que influyen en el embarazo adolescente en el Servicio Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital Base Víctor Lazarte Echegaray- EsSalud, año 2015”. Es un estudio de carácter descriptivo, se han utilizado los métodos deductivo – inductivo, estadístico aplicando las técnicas de observación, entrevista y encuesta. El estudio ha sido realizado en el Servicio Gíneco-Obstetricia del Hospital Base Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, teniendo como universo muestral 80 adolescentes embarazadas. Como factores de riesgo se pudo identificar que la débil comunicación de los padres hacia sus hijos, perjudican en la educación integral de ellos. Es así que al llegar a la adolescencia los cambios tanto físicos como emocionales hacen que se sientan desorientados en esta nueva etapa afectándolos en la autoestima, la toma de decisiones y en el planteamiento de objetivos; buscando atención y afecto en personas fuera de su familia dejándose persuadir en el inicio de las relaciones sexuales además de otras conductas, teniendo como consecuencias embarazos a temprana edad o enfermedades de transmisión sexual.es_ES
