dc.descriptionThe profile identification process in small learning organizations mentor has been an unexplored field, this research aims to present a systemic model that blends the characteristics of the management model of Clutterbuck and elements of Senge's learning organizations. The development of the profile is based on the powers provided by experts operationalizing four subdomains called compartencias, modeling emotional learning and transformative talented based in three components: affective , behavioral and cognitive. The questionnaire was applied to trainers, owners turn eight small organizations processing and senior students majoring in human resources. With the results shows the proposed mentor profile in small learning organizations and its comparison with members of the study samplees_ES
dc.description.abstractLos estudios sobre la identificación del perfil del mentor en pequeñas organizaciones inteligentes han sido un campo poco explorado. Esta investigación pretende presentar un modelo sistémico que armoniza las características del modelo gerencial de Clutterbuck y los elementos de organizaciones inteligentes de Senge. La elaboración del perfil se basa en las competencias establecidas por expertos operacionalizando cuatro subdimensiones denominadas compartencias, modelaje emocional, aprendizaje talentoso y transformador personal basadas en tres componentes: afectivo, conductual y cognoscitivo. El cuestionario se aplicó a capacitadores, dueños de ocho pequeñas organizaciones del giro de la transformación y estudiantes de nivel superior con especialización en recursos humanos. Con los resultados obtenidos se presenta la propuesta del perfil del mentor en pequeñas organizaciones inteligentes así como su comparativo con los integrantes de la muestra estudiadaes_ES
