dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out in the Penitentiary Establishment of males of the Miracle; with the aim of knowing the social factors that influence the commission of the crime of rape by inmates of the aforementioned, this work has been carried out with a sample of 20 inmates. It includes a detailed study regarding the social factors that intervene negatively in the commission of the crime of rape; for this, it was possible to know through testimonies and events that is given in the course of the development of this work; as well as qualitative and quantitative data, using methods: inductive - deductive, statistical and techniques such as interview, survey, social files; by means of which we can know the penitentiary reality; The bibliographic collection was also used to address the issue of rape. In the Introduction the problematic reality, antecedents, theoretical bases, conceptual framework are shown, likewise we find the problem, the hypothesis and the objectives of the investigation. In the Methodology, the methods, techniques, instruments, population and sample used are presented. Finishing with the presentation of results; where it shows general data of the Institution and results; Likewise, the conclusions, recommendations and annexes are presented.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en el Establecimiento Penitenciario de varones del Milagro; con el objetivo de conocer los factores sociales que influyen en la comisión del delito de violación sexual por internos del antes mencionado, este trabajo ha sido realizado con una muestra de 20 internos. Comprende un estudio detallado respecto a los factores sociales que intervienen de manera negativa en la comisión del delito de violación sexual; para ello se logró conocer mediante testimonios y acontecimientos que se brinda en el transcurso del desarrollo del presente trabajo; así como datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, utilizando métodos: inductivo – deductivo, estadístico y técnicas como la entrevista, encuesta, fichas sociales; mediante los cuales podemos conocer la realidad penitenciaria; también se recurrió a la recopilación bibliográfica para abordar el tema de la violación sexual. En la Introducción se muestra la realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas, marco conceptual, así mismo encontramos el problema, las hipótesis y los objetivos de la investigación. En la Metodología se presenta los métodos, técnicas, instrumentos, población y muestra utilizados. Finalizando con la presentación de resultados; donde se muestra datos generales de la Institución y resultados; así mismo se presentan las conclusiones, recomendaciones y anexos.es_PE
