| dc.description | The present cross-sectional correlational descriptive research was carried out with the aim of establishing the relationship between sociodemographic factors and the level of first aid knowledge in teachers of an Educational Institution in Nuevo Chimbote. The sample consisted of 35 teachers who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the present study. The results show that the working time of the teachers surveyed is mostly 1 to 5 years, 72.4% of the teachers have a low level of knowledge, 17.2% have a medium level, and 10.3% have a high level. To verify the relationship between the variables, the Chi-square statistical test was used, reaching the following conclusions, there is no statistically significant relationship in the sociodemographic factors and knowledge, in terms of age, children, and work time. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal que se realizó con el objetivo de, establecer la relación entre los factores sociodemográficos y el nivel de conocimiento en primeros auxilios en docentes de una Institución Educativa de Nuevo Chimbote. La muestra estuvo constituida por 35 docentes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y aceptaron participar en el presente estudio. Los resultados muestran que el tiempo de trabajo de los docentes encuestados mayoritariamente es de 1 a 5 años, el 72.4% de los docentes tienen un nivel de conocimientos bajo, el 17.2% tienen un nivel medio, y el 10.3% tiene un nivel alto. Para comprobar la relación entre las variables se utilizó la prueba estadística de Chi - cuadrado llegando a las siguientes conclusiones, no existe relación estadísticamente significativa en los factores sociodemograficos y conocimientos, en cuanto a edad, hijos, tiempo de trabajo. | es_PE |
