| dc.description | The present investigation is of descriptive type – correlacional of cross section. This one was carried out for the purpose of establishing the relation that Bethlehem of Trujillo exists between the level of labor stress of the nurse and the grade of satisfaction of the patient attended by the Service of Surgery and Medicine of the Hospital, 2014. A pilot test was applied in 20 nurses and 40 patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria; the relation analysis was realized by means of the test of independence of square Chi. The results were that of the nurses at high stress level, 100 per cent of the patients feel unsatisfied; the nurses at average stress level, 83,3 per cent of the patients feel unsatisfied and satisfied 16,7; the nurses at low stress level, 78,6 per cent of the patients feel satisfied and 21,4 per cent unsatisfied with the dealing(manner) that they receive on the part of the nurse. One concludes that a significant relation exists p <0.05 between the level of labor stress of the nurse and the grade of satisfaction of the hospitalized patient. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo – correlacional de corte transversal. Éste se realizó con la finalidad de establecer la relación que existe entre el nivel de estrés laboral de la enfermera y el grado de satisfacción del paciente atendido por el Servicio de Cirugía y Medicina del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, 2015. Se aplicó el universo muestral en 50 enfermeras y 207 pacientes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión; el análisis de relación se realizó mediante la prueba de independencia de Chi cuadrado. Los resultados fueron que de las enfermeras con nivel alto de estrés, el 100,0 por ciento de los pacientes se sienten insatisfechos; las enfermeras con nivel medio de estrés, el 83,3 por ciento de los pacientes se sienten insatisfechos y el 16,7 por ciento, satisfechos; las enfermeras con nivel bajo de estrés, el 78,6 por ciento de los pacientes se sienten satisfechos y el 21,4 por ciento insatisfechos con el trato que reciben por parte de la enfermera.
