dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio titulado La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y su incidencia en la sostenibilidad financiera económica de la Empresa Hoja Verde R&H EIRL, 2022; tuvo como objetivo principal determinar cómo incide la aplicación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en la sostenibilidad financiera económica de la Empresa Hoja Verde R&H EIRL, 2022, el estudio es de tipo analítico con enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental y trasversal, la muestra finita por conveniencia de 79, que viene hacer el 20% a encuestar de un total de 396 (15 colaboradores y 381 agricultores – clientes = 396) de la Empresa Hoja Verde R&H EIRL; y conforme a los resultados obtenidos se concluye que la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial si incide en la sostenibilidad financiera económica y tiene una situación financiera regular; cumple su RSE al pagar su carga tributaria, los gastos por carga de personal, cargas financieras y a sus proveedores. Tiene personal profesional que oriente y asesora al agricultor, y a nivel de sus proveedores garantiza suministrar insumos agrícolas de calidad y se propone que la empresa realice un pacto social con sus proveedores para canjear acreencias por aportes; para mejorar el capital social y el Patrimonio del 15% del total pasivo y patrimonio, ascienda a un 60 a 70% de recursos propios.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The main objective of this study entitled Corporate Social Responsibility and its impact on the economic financial sustainability of the Hoja Verde R&H EIRL Company, 2022 was to determine how Corporate Social Responsibility affects the economic financial sustainability of the Hoja Verde R&H EIRL Company, 2022, the study is of an analytical type with qualitative and quantitative approaches, correlational descriptive level, non-experimental and transversal design, the finite convenience sample of 79, which makes up 20% of a total of 396 (15 collaborators and 381 farmers – clients = 396) form the Hoja Verde R&H EIRL Company; and according to the results obtained, it is concluded that Corporate Social Responsibility does affect economic financial sustainability and has a regular financial situation; fulfills its CSR by paying its tax burden, personnel expenses, financial charges and its suppliers. It has professional staff to guide and advise the farmer, and at the level of its suppliers it guarantees supplying quality agricultural inputs and it is proposed that the company make a social pact with its suppliers to exchange debts for contributions; to improve the share capital and equity of 15% of the total liabilities and equity, amount to 60 to 70% of own resources.
