dc.description.abstractCon la aplicación Modelo de gestión y gerencia para gobiernos locales alternativos se llegó a mejorar el desempeño de los trabajadores municipales, que dejaron de ser reactivos convirtiéndose en sujetos proactivos que se anticipan a los potenciales problemas dando soluciones creativas, lo que se vio reflejado en un aumento significativo de los ingresos por el impuesto predial, trasferencias por parte del Gobierno Central por el financiamiento de la construcción de dos centros educativos mediante convenios con el Programa de Infraestructura Educativa (PRONIED) dependiente del Ministerio de Educación y el cumplimiento de metas del Plan de Incentivos Municipales. Para la Gestión Municipal que me encargué de gerenciar durante el periodo comprendido entre los años 2015 al 2017, lo más importante es que se mejoró la calidad de los servicios exclusivos que la entidad presta a los habitantes de San Benito, sustentado en la constante capacitación del personal, el mejoramiento de equipos informáticos pero principalmente el logro de la conectividad a internet, que fue una inversión significativa que asumió la municipalidad puesto que ninguna empresa de comunicaciones presta este servicio en el distrito de San Benito, otro hito importante para la gestión fue la acreditación de la DEMUNA por tres años ante el Ministerio la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables con lo cual las conciliaciones que se firmaban tenían el valor de cosa juzgada, evitando con esto viajes y gastos que debían de asumir los administrados para la solución de pensión de alimentos, tenencia de menores y filiación.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT With the application of the Administration and Management Design for Alternative Local Governments, the performance of municipal workers improved, they stopped beingreactive, becoming proactive subjects who anticipate potential problems by providing creative solutions, which was reflected in a significant increase in income from property taxes, transfers by the Central Government for financing the construction of two schools in agreement with the Educational Infrastructure Program (PRONIED) under the Ministry of Education and the achievement of the goals of the Municipal Incentives Plan. For the Municipal Management that I had in my charge during the years 2015 to 2017, the most important accomplishment was the quality of the exclusive services that the entity offers to the inhabitants of San Benito, supported by the constant training of the personnel, the improvement of computer equipment but mainly due to that internet access was finally available, this was a significant investment assumed by the municipality since no communications company provides this service in the San Benito district, another important milestone for the management was the DEMUNA accreditation before the Ministry of Justice, with which the mediations that were signed had the value of res judicata, thus avoiding travel and expenses that petitioners had to undertake for the solution of alimony, child custody and filiation cases.
