Abstract
experimental, nivel correlacional y corte transversal.
In the health sector, professionals are exposed to daily activities that cause stress such as high workload, overtime, critical decisions, among other working conditions. In light of this, the general objective of this research was to establish the relationship between working conditions and stress in health personnel in the San Martín Health Network, 2023. The type of research was basic with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross-section. The sample population consisted of 65 health personnel. Likewise, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire validated for each variable. Among the results, a prevalence of working conditions is shown as regular according to 50.8% of the respondents and stress is medium in 60%. In addition, the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment of the stress variable have a positive and significant relationship with the working conditions of health personnel according to Spearman's correlation coefficient that yielded values of 0.899, 0.877 and 8.894, respectively. It is concluded that working conditions are highly positively related to stress (Rho=0.885), such that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternate hypothesis (H1) is accepted
