dc.descriptionThis research work had as a title "Strategic Planning and Business Competitiveness of Children's Clothing Stores" Chikitines S.A.C. ", Trujillo 2018", and had as the general objective of determining the relationship and the type of relationship between strategic planning and business competitiveness. The type of the investigation according to the purpose that it pursued was applied, the design was nonexperimental, transectional - correlational, the samples were the 17 of the total employees from the company and 223 clients taken from a total population of 4791 that were found in the database sales system from the enterprise. The data collection techniques were the survey, the interview, the same that were validated by expert judgments, and applied in a single time between November and December of the year 2018. The main result was: the competitiveness of Chikitines company is high, it obtained a weighted rating of 2.21 of 3.00 possible points and also the strategic planning made by the company was also high with a weighted average of 2.19. From these results, we had the following conclusions: The Chikitines company’s competitiveness is directly related to the level or how much of strategic planning was made, which, at functional levels where greater planning was done, shows a higher level of competitiveness.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como título “Planeación Estratégica y La Competitividad Empresarial de Tiendas de ropa infantil “Chikitines S.A.C.”, Trujillo 2018”, y tuvo como objetivo general, determinar la relación y el tipo de relación que existe entre la planeación estratégica y la competitividad empresarial. El tipo de investigación de acuerdo al fin que persiguió fue aplicada, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transeccional – relacional, las muestras fueron los 17 empleados totales de la empresa y 223 clientes sacados de una población total de 4791 que se encontraron en la base de datos del sistema de ventas de la empresa en estudio, Las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron la encuesta y la entrevista, mismos que fueron validados por juicio de expertos, y aplicados en un tiempo único entre noviembre y diciembre del año 2018. El resultado principal fue: la competividad de la empresa chikitines es alta, obtuvo una calificación ponderada de 2.21 de 3.00 puntos posibles y así mismo la planeación estratégica hecha por la empresa también fue alta con un promedio ponderado de 2.19. De estos resultados se concluyó lo siguiente: La competitividad de la empresa chikitines está relacionada directamente con el nivel o cantidad de planeación estratégica, que en niveles funcionales donde se hizo mayor planeación, se manifiesta un mayor nivel de competitividad.es_PE
