Abstract
En la siguiente tesis titulada “Influencia de la desintegración familiar en el absentismo laboral de los agentes caminantes de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, 2019”, se tuvo como muestra a 196 agentes caminantes de la Gerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo con la finalidad de analizar la influencia que ejerce la desintegración familiar en el absentismo laboral de los agentes caminantes. En esta investigación se emplearon métodos como el inductivo – deductivo, analítico – sintético y estadístico; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación, la entrevista y la encuesta, así como también los siguientes instrumentos el registro – guía de entrevista, registro – guía de observación y el cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos permiten evidenciar que la desintegración familiar de la familia de los agentes caminantes influye negativamente en el absentismo laboral debido a las faltas, permisos particulares, desconcentración durante el desarrollo de sus tareas y abandono del puesto de trabajo; lo cual provoca malestar en sus compañeros de trabajo, impidiendo así el cumplimento de las tareas laborales y debilitando el funcionamiento del trabajo en equipo.

In the following thesis entitled “Influence of family disintegration on the work absenttism of the walking agents of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, 2019”, 196 walking agents of the Citizen Security Management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo were shown as The purpose of analyzing the influence of family disintegration in the absenteeism of walking agents. In this investigation, methods such as inductive - deductive, analytical - synthetic and statistical were used; the techniques used were observation, interview and survey, as well as the following instruments: the registration - interview guide, registration - observation guide and the questionnaire. The results obtained show that the family disintegration of the family of walking agents negatively influences work absenteeism due to absences, private permits, decentralization during the development of their tasks and abandonment of the job; which causes discomfort in their co-workers, thus preventing the fulfillment of work tasks and weakening the functioning of teamwork.
