dc.descriptionThis study was done in the METARQEL engineering company located in the city of Trujillo and this is based on the identification of ergonomic and occupational health problems during the manufacture of the products, the company detected lost days because of medical leaves for different ailments and diseases, a significant percentage is due to disergonomics conditions. All the activities in the areas of the company were evaluated, in which some of them were detected criticisms. These activities were applied analytical methods like OWAS, REBA and RULA, which allow viewing from different perspectives operator interaction with the environment. After identifying critical positions with their respective postures problems, trauma, skeletal muscle and ergonomic hazards, we proceeded to make the proposed improvements. Then defining the improvements to apply, the economic analysis was developed, which determined the viability by the NPV and IRR. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were made at general level.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se hizo en la empresa metalmecánica METARQEL ubicada en la ciudad de Trujillo y se basa en la identificación de los problemas ergonómicos y de salud ocupacional durante la fabricación de sus productos; la empresa detectó días perdidos a causa de descansos médicos por diferentes malestares y enfermedades (problemas lumbares, lesiones musculo esqueléticas, golpes, lesiones y cortes); un porcentaje importante es por condiciones disergonómicas. Se evaluaron todas las actividades desarrolladas en las áreas de la empresa, en las cuales se detectaron algunas actividades críticas. A estas actividades se les aplicó los métodos de análisis OWAS, REBA y RULA, las cuales permiten visualizar desde diferentes perspectivas la interacción del operario con el entorno. Luego de identificar los puestos críticos con sus respectivos problemas de: posturas, traumas, musculo esqueléticos y peligros ergonómicos, se procedió a proponer algunas mejoras. Después de definir las mejoras a aplicar se realizó el análisis económico, el cual determinó la viabilidad mediante los indicadores VAN y TIR. Finalmente se realizan las conclusiones y se proponen las recomendaciones a nivel generales_ES
