dc.descriptionABSTRAC The purpose of this research work was to demonstrate that the implementation of the pedagogical accompaniment program significantly improves the job performance of mathematics teachers at the secondary level of the Emblematic Educational Institution from "San Juan" Trujillo - La Libertad 2018. It worked with a sample of 19 secondary level math teachers, using the pre-experimental design of a single group, with pre and post test. The job performance of mathematics teachers was investigated in its two dimensions: preparation for student learning and teaching for student learning; the same ones that were evaluated in the Pre Test and the Post Test. Finally, when evaluating the job performance of the mathematics teachers it was determined, that the average I obtained in the pre-test was 72.37 points and in the Post Test was 92.95 points, there was a significant difference of 20.58 points, coming to the conclusion that the implementation of the pedagogical accompaniment program managed to significantly improve the job performance of mathematic teachers at the secondary level of the Emblematic Educational Institution of "San Juan" Trujillo - La Libertad 2018.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo demostrar que la aplicación del programa de acompañamiento pedagógico mejora significativamente el desempeño laboral de los docentes de matemática del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Emblemática de “San Juan” Trujillo - La libertad 2018. Se trabajó con una muestra de 19 docentes de matemática del nivel secundario, usando el diseño pre experimental de un solo grupo, con pre y post test. El desempeño laboral de los docentes de matemática se investigó en sus dos dimensiones: preparación para el aprendizajes de los estudiantes y enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes; los mismos que fueron evaluados en el Pre test y en el Post Test. Finalmente al evaluar el desempeño laboral de los docentes de matemática se determinó, que el promedio que obtuvieron en el pre test fue de 72.37 puntos y en el Post test fue de 92.95 puntos, existiendo una diferencia de significativa de 20.58 puntos, concluyendo así que la aplicación del programa de acompañamiento pedagógico logró mejorar significativamente el desempeño laboral de los docentes de matemática del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa Emblemática de “San Juan” Trujillo - La Libertad 2018.es_PE
