dc.descriptionThe objective of this research work is to analyze how the double female presence influences labor absenteeism in the agro-industrial company Dominus SAC Tambogrande, 2022, having a sample universe of 40 women who fluctuate between 18 and 45 years of age. Regarding the methodology, the quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transactional research approach was used, which allowed the collection of data, for which the survey technique was used, as well as the interview guide and record was used as an instrument. The results allowed us to observe the influence of the double female presence in the labor absenteeism of the collaborators of the agro-industrial company Dominus SAC Tambogrande, 2022, demonstrated by the inflexibility in the assumption of tasks of which 60% are subject, in the inadequate distribution of tasks graphed in 42.5%, as well as the limited correspondence in household chores, all regulated by macho perceptions, which restrict them from public spaces that could combine greater overload, seriously affecting the normal development of their work and therefore their personal fulfillment. Finally, it can be said that the double female presence affects women, the family and society in general, which commits to participate in the treatment of said problem in an articulated way, promoting programs that modify this way of living, carrying the majority weight in woman's shoulderses_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar de qué manera la doble presencia femenina influye en el ausentismo laboral en la empresa agroindustrial Dominus SAC Tambogrande, 2022, teniendo un universo muestral a 40 mujeres que fluctúan entre los 18 y 45 años de edad. En cuanto a la metodología se utilizó el enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, descriptivo, correlacional y transaccional, que permitió la recolección de datos, para ello se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, así mismo se utilizó como instrumento la guía y registro de entrevista. Los resultados permitieron observar la influencia de la doble presencia femenina en el ausentismo laboral de las colaboradoras de la empresa agroindustrial Dominus SAC Tambogrande, 2022, demostrado por la inflexibidad en la asunción de tareas de la cual son sujetas un 60%, en la inadecuada distribución de tareas graficado en un 42,5 %, así como la limitada correspondencia en las tareas del hogar, todo ello regulado por las percepciones machistas, que las restringen de los espacios públicos que podrían aunar mayor sobrecarga, afectando seriamente el normal desarrollo de sus labores y por ende su realización personal. Finalmente, se puede decir que la doble presencia femenina afecta a la mujer, la familia y la sociedad en general, lo cual compromete a participar en el tratamiento de dicha problemática de manera articulada promoviendo programas que modifiquen esta manera de convivir cargando el peso mayoritario en los hombros de la mujer.es_PE
