dc.descriptionThis thesis was focused on identifying MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS IN THE YOUTH PARTICIPATION PROGRAM VOLUNTEER YOUTH OF PROVINCIAL CITY OF TRUJILLO IN THE DISTRICT OF FLORENCE MULBERRY AND THE FUTURE IN THE YEAR 2014, thus recognizing the importance of generating mechanisms not only for the retention of voluntary population but also for their achievement and training as such offsetting neglect and poor active youth participation in voluntary organizations share. That is why it was considered a type of applied research, quantitative and qualitative data collection for a sample of 57 young volunteers ranging from ages 13 to 29 methodological approach used. The techniques used were observation, depth interview, survey and review of literature sources developed through instruments such as questionnaire, interview guide and observation sheets. As a result of the investigation it has been determined that the motivational factors influencing participation of youth in the Youth Volunteer Programme of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo, in the districts of El Porvenir and Florencia de Mora are autocentric factors opportunity acquire new knowledge and skills, gain work experience, meet needs for affection and understanding, take the time and strengthen social relationships, taking influence heterocentric factors also contribute to the development of the community, support the needy and exercise participation citizen.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis está enfocada en identificar los FACTORES MOTIVACIONALES QUE INFLUYEN EN LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LOS JÓVENES DEL PROGRAMA DE VOLUNTARIADO JUVENIL DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE TRUJILLO EN EL DISTRITO DE FLORENCIA DE MORA Y EL PORVENIR EN EL AÑO 2014, y así reconocer la importancia de generar mecanismos no solo para la retención de la población voluntaria, sino también para su consecución y formación como tal, contrarrestando el abandono y la escasa participación activa de los jóvenes en organizaciones de acción voluntaria. Es por ello que se ha considerado un tipo de investigación aplicada, utilizándose el enfoque metodológico cuantitativo-cualitativo para la recolección de datos de una muestra de 57 jóvenes voluntarios cuyas edades oscilan entre 13 y 29 años. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la observación, la entrevista a profundidad, la encuesta y la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas desarrollándose a través de instrumentos como el cuestionario, la guía de entrevista y fichas de observación. Como resultado de la investigación se ha logrado determinar que los factores motivacionales que influyen en la participación de los jóvenes del Programa de Voluntariado Juvenil de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, en los distritos de El Porvenir y Florencia de Mora son los factores autocéntricos de oportunidad de adquirir nuevos conocimientos y habilidades, obtener experiencia profesional, satisfacer necesidades de afecto y comprensión, ocupar el tiempo libre y fortalecer las relaciones sociales, teniendo influencia también los factores heterocéntricos de contribuir en el desarrollo de la comunidad, apoyar a los más necesitados y ejercer participación ciudadana.es_ES
