Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la relación entre la calidad de atención y el grado de satisfacción de los adultos mayores usuarios del Centro del Adulto Mayor – Guadalupe EsSalud, Provincia de Pacasmayo: 2019.Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 44 usuarios, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa: Método estadístico y como técnica a la encuesta, y la investigación cualitativa: Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se puede demostrar que los factores que influyen negativamente en el nivel de calidad de atención de los adultos mayores destacan las deficiencias en comodidad, higiene e información y tiempo de espera. El grado de satisfacción está determinado en base a experiencias anteriores y la atención brindada, lo cual influye negativamente en la calidad del proceso de atención a la población adulta mayor. Finalmente recomendamos que profundizar en el conocimiento y expectativas de la población en general para implementar acciones de mejora sostenida de la calidad de la atención y el grado de satisfacción.La presente tesis se subdivide en: Capitulo I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; Capítulo II. Materiales y métodos; Capítulo III. Presentación de resultados; Capítulo IV. Discusión de resultados. Capitulo V. Conclusiones; Capítulo VI. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the relationship between the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction of the elderly users of the Center for the Elderly - Guadalupe EsSalud, Province of Pacasmayo: 2019.The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 44 users, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and technique to the survey, and the qualitative research: inductive - deductive method; and as techniques direct observation and interview. From the results obtained, it can be demonstrated that the factors that negatively influence the level of quality of care of the elderly, highlight the deficiencies in comfort, hygiene and information and waiting time. The degree of satisfaction is determined based on previous experiences and the care provided, which negatively influences the quality of the care process for the elderly population. Finally, we recommend that you deepen the knowledge and expectations of the population in general to implement actions to sustainably improve the quality of care and the degree of satisfaction.This thesis is subdivided into: Chapter I.
