Mejoramiento del proceso productivo mediante la propuesta BPM en la empresa Flores del Recuerdo E.I.R.L.

Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar en qué medida una propuesta BPM mejora el proceso productivo en la empresa Flores del Recuerdo E.I.R.L. La investigación fue de diseño preexperimental, La muestra estuvo constituida por los indicadores de proceso productivo del ejercicio contable 2020 (pretest) y 2021 (post test). Los resultados nos permiten concluir: Respecto al objetivo general la aplicación de la propuesta Buenas Prácticas de Negocios (BPM) en la empresa Flores del Recuerdo E.I.R.L incremento la eficiencia de tiempo en 12%, la eficiencia de producción se incrementó en 12%, en la eficacia de producción se incrementó en 16% y la eficiencia en recursos se incrementó en 16%, fue validado estadísticamente mediante la prueba t de Student y además se reflejó en el incremento del promedio de utilidad bruta mensual de 32,163.13 es decir se incrementó en 22.68%. Se analizó el proceso productivo en la empresa encontrado que la producción real era el 85.58% de la planificada, el costo real era del 157.27 % del planificado, lo que afectaba la utilidad bruta, la eficiencia en tiempo, producción y recursos era de 0.86, 0.86 y 0.78, la eficacia de 0.78, valores que requerían ser mejorados. Se analizó el proceso de negocio (As Is) en la empresa encontrando que se trabaja bajo pedido, lo que no permite la planificación, tanto las materias primas como la producción presentan cuellos de botella por este método de trabajo, falta de software, equipo y maquinaria desgastada. En cuanto a la gerencia, esta estaba avocada a resolver los problemas día a día. Se desarrolló una propuesta BPM (To Be) en la empresa, la misma que capacito y doto de herramientas informáticas, y se estandarizó los procesos, estableciendo indicadores de rendimiento, se armonizo todas las áreas y se proyectó una capacidad mensual que se puede producir rentablemente, evitando producción marginal que ocasiona perdidas. Así mismo se mejoró el proceso de producción a fin de que no tenga excusa para perdidas y retrasos. Finalmente la gerencia dio los indicadores y metas de cada área con el sistema de trazabilidad. El proceso productivo después de la implementación de la propuesta BPM mejora sustancialmente, los productos no conformes se redujeron al 3.1%, la producción real fue el 97.6 de la planificada el costo real fue solo el 0.5% mayor al planificado.
The objective of this investigation was to determine to what extent a BPM proposal improves the production process in the company Flores del Recuerdo E.I.R.L. The research was of a pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of the indicators of the productive process of the accounting year 2020 (pre-test) and 2021 (post-test). As for management, it was dedicated to solving problems on a day-to-day basis. A BPM (To Be) proposal was developed in the company, the same one that trained and provided computer tools, and the processes were standardized, establishing performance indicators, all areas were harmonized and a monthly capacity that can be produced profitably was projected., avoiding marginal production that causes losses. Likewise, the production process was improved so that there is no excuse for losses and delays. Finally, management gave the indicators and goals for each area with the traceability system. The productive process after the implementation of the BPM proposal improves substantially, non-conforming products were reduced to 3.1%, actual production was 97.6 of that planned, and actual cost was only 0.5% higher than planned.
