Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas pre-profesionales tuvo la finalidad de evaluar el Nivel de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento en una Droguería Inspeccionada por la Sub Gerencia de Regulación Sectorial, Trujillo- 2020 en función al porcentaje de cumplimiento de los indicadores para cada uno de los factores considerados en las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA). Considerando un nivel alto a los valores mayores a 80% de cumplimiento, nivel medio a los valores entre 50% y 80% de cumplimiento y nivel bajo a los valores menores a 50% de cumplimiento. Para ello se hizo uso del Acta de inspección para droguerías, almacenes especializados y almacenes aduaneros que almacenan productos farmacéuticos, dispositivos médicos y productos sanitarios. Obteniéndose un 100,00% de cumplimiento de BPA para el Factor 1 Sistema de Aseguramiento de la Calidad; 92,86% de cumplimiento de BPA para el factor 2 Personal; 95,24% de cumplimiento de BPA para el Factor 3 Instalaciones, equipos e instrumentos; 100,00% de cumplimiento al Factor 4 Almacén, Factor 5 Documentación y Factor 6 Reclamos; 50,00% al Factor 7 Retiro del Mercado y 100,00% al Factor 8 Autoinspecciones. El promedio de los factores evaluados es un 92,26% el cual indica que el nivel de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento en la Droguería es alto.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this report on pre-professional practices was to evaluate the Level of compliance with Good Storage Practices in a Drugstore Inspected by the Sub- Management of Sector Regulation, Trujillo-2020 based on the percentage of compliance with the indicators for each of the factors considered in Good Storage Practices (GAP). Considering a high level at values greater than 80% of compliance, a medium level at values between 50% and 80% of compliance, and a low level at values less than 50% of compliance. For this, the Inspection Act was used for drugstores, specialized warehouses and customs warehouses that store pharmaceutical products, medical devices and sanitary products. Obtaining 100.00% compliance with GAP for Factor 1 Quality Assurance System; 92.86% compliance with GAP for factor 2 Personal; 95.24% compliance with GAP for Factor 3 Facilities, equipment and instruments; 100.00% compliance with Factor 4 Warehouse, Factor 5 Documentation and Factor 6 Claims; 50.00% to Factor 7 Withdrawal from the Market and 100.00% to Factor 8 Self-inspections. The average of the evaluated factors is 92.26%, which indicates that the level of compliance with Good Storage Practices in the Drugstore is high.
