dc.descriptionThe research entitled "The socio familiar factors that influence in the delinquent behavior of adolescents belonging to Restorative Juvenile Justice Program of the Public Department - La Libertad 2014," arises from the need to understand the factors that influence adolescents to perform these violations of the law; and especially today that adolescent participation in crime is increasing. As for social factors, is considered the following: origin, environment of risk, education level, school problems, use of leisure time; friendships of risk. And in the family factors were considered: type of family, parenting styles, family relationships, income, and family problems. The objectives presented in the present investigation are: Identify and describe the social factors that influence delinquent behavior. The research is descriptive type; the used methods were inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic and Statistical: they were used in conjunction with the techniques of observation, interview, survey and data analysis, also were used tools as observation, interview guide, questionnaire and records . The target population study have been the 50 teenagers belonging to Restorative Juvenile Justice Program of the Public department- La Libertad. The results obtained permit to affirm that the unlawful behavior of the adolescents are related to the social factor and to the family factor this last factor is the one that has greater incident on the unlawful behavior of the adolescents of the Restorative Juvenile Justice Program, according to the analyses carried out. dc.description.abstractLa investigación intitulada “Los factores socio familiares que influyen en la conducta infractora de los adolescentes pertenecientes al Programa Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa del Ministerio Público – La Libertad 2014”, surge ante la necesidad de conocer los factores que influyen en los adolescentes para que estos realicen infracciones a la ley; y sobre todo que hoy en día la participación de adolescentes en actos delictivos es cada vez mayor. En cuanto a los factores sociales, se consideró los siguientes: procedencia, entorno de riesgo, nivel educativo, problemática escolar, uso del tiempo libre, entorno de riesgo; amistades de riesgo. Y en el factor familiar se consideró: tipo de familia, estilos de crianza, relación familiar, ingreso económico, problemática familiar. Los objetivos planteados en la presente investigación son: Identificar y describir los factores sociales que influyen en la conducta infractora. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva; se hizo uso de los métodos: inductivo -deductivo, analítico-sintético y estadístico; junto con las técnicas de observación, entrevista, encuesta y análisis de datos, se empleó instrumentos como: guía de observación, guía de entrevista, cuestionario y expedientes. La población objeto de estudio han sido los 50 adolescentes que pertenecen al Programa Justicia Juvenil Restaurativa del Ministerio Público – La Libertad. Los resultados obtenidos permiten afirmar que las conductas infractoras de los adolescentes están relacionadas al factor social y al factor familiar.
