Incidencia de la formación profesional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Ministerio Público, distrito fiscal La Libertad 2022

Abstract
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la formación profesional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Ministerio Publico del Distrito Fiscal de La Libertad en el Año 2022. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, de enfoque cuantitativo.
Se consideró una población de 334 trabajadores administrativos como muestra. Se recolecto datos utilizando la técnica de la encuesta, con su instrumento el cuestionario aplicando 32 preguntas, 17 para la variable formación profesional y 15 para desempeño laboral; se recogió la información necesaria. Se obtuvo una confiabilidad con la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.88 para la variable formación profesional y para la variable desempeño laboral se obtuvo un valor de 0.870, lo cual se considera un valor satisfactorio. Asimismo, se muestra un nivel de significancia menor al 0.01 (p<0.01), y un coeficiente de correlación r =0,423 lo que significa una correlación positiva y moderada, y que luego de la instrumentación y posterior evaluación se observa que el personal administrativo del Ministerio Publico, distrito fiscal La Libertad 2022 muestra un nivel medio (60.2 %) en el desempeño laboral en su mayoría, seguido del nivel bajo (27.2 %) y en tercer lugar está el nivel alto(12.6%) de la población estudiada, por lo tanto se determina la incidencia positiva de la formación profesional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo del Ministerio Publico- Distrito Fiscal de La Libertad en el Año 2022.
The present study aimed to determine the impact of vocational training on the job perfor-mance of administrative staff at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the La Libertad District Attorney's Office in 2022. The research was descriptive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach. A sample of 334 administrative workers was used. Data was collected using a survey technique, with a questionnaire containing 32 ques-tions: 17 for the vocational training variable and 15 for job performance. The necessary in-formation was collected. Cronbach's alpha test yielded a reliability of 0.88 for the vocational training variable, and a value of 0.870 for the job performance variable, which is considered satisfactory. Likewise, a significance level less than 0.01 (p <0.01) is shown, and a correla-tion coefficient r = 0.423, which means a positive and moderate correlation, and after the instrumentation and subsequent evaluation, it is observed that the administrative staff of the Public Ministry, La Libertad 2022 prosecutor's district shows a medium level (60.2%) in job performance for the most part, followed by the low level (27.2%) and in third place is the high level (12.6%) of the studied population, therefore the positive impact of professional training on the job performance of the administrative staff of the Public Ministry - La Lib-ertad Prosecutor's District in 2022 is determined.
