Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la manera en la que el coaching como estrategia se relaciona con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Financiera Proempresa S.A. de la Ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2019. Por tanto, se desarrolló un diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo transeccional y de nivel correlacional, asimismo, se aplicó un cuestionario a una muestra de 20 colaboradores. Entre los resultados más relevantes del estudio se identificó que la dimensión más valorada del coaching fue la retroalimentación, pues es importante para lograr aprendizajes significativos y de calidad que contribuyen a la consecución de las metas individuales y organizacionales; mientras que la dimensión más valorada del desempeño laboral fue la disminución de la cartera morosa, pues los asesores realizan un seguimiento constante a sus clientes y operativos de mora semanalmente. En ese sentido, se concluyó que el coaching como estrategia se relaciona de manera positiva y significativa (p_valor < 0.05) con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Financiera Proempresa S.A. en el año 2019, obteniendo un coeficiente de correlación de 0,655, por lo que se aceptó la hipótesis de investigación.
ABSTRACT This research has been carried out in order to determine how coaching as a strategy is related to the work performance of the employees of Financiera ProEmpresa SA, located in the city of Trujillo in 2019. The methodology used for the development of this thesis is a non-experimental study, conducted in a correlational descriptive level. To obtain data, a questionnaire was applied to 20 employees. As a result, it is concluded that the most valued dimension of coaching was feedback, due to the importance of the meaningful and quality learning that contributes to the achievement of the individual and organizational goals. The most valued dimension of work performance was the decrease of the debt portfolio caused by the weekly monitoring of the clients. Therefore, it is concluded that coaching is positively related (p value < 0.05) to the work performance of employees of Financiera ProEmpresa SA in 2019, obtaining as a result that the relationship between both variables is 0.655, showing evidence that the general hypothesis is accepted.
