Efecto de tres dietas de proteína animal en el rendimiento de pollos Cobb-500, en la etapa de crecimiento

dc.descriptionThe present study was conducted in a family shed, located in the Moche district, Trujillo province, La Libertad department, in order to evaluate the performance of animal protein in the diet of meat chickens of the Cobb 500 line and the this performance in the upbringing during the period of 15 to 35 days of age, project that was carried out from September 09 to October 13, 2019. 60 chickens of both sexes, 15 days old, distributed under a completely randomized design, were used in 3 treatments with 5 repetitions. The treatments were: T1: 60% Protein, T2: 59% Protein and T3: 50% Protein. The variables evaluated were: final weight (Pf), total weight increase (ΔP), food consumption, food conversion (CA), percentage of mortality (%), productive efficiency index (IEP), economic evaluation (cost-benefit) ). The final weights and total weight increases achieved were not significantly different between treatments (P> 0.05), being 2015 gr, 1940 gr and 1900 gr, for T1, T2 and T3 respectively. Also, no significant statistical differences were found for food consumption and feed conversion; but the T1 obtained the best value in these parameters. It is concluded that although the parameters mostly evaluated were not statistically different, the best results in relation to weight gain and feed conversion were T1 (Protein 60%).es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se realizó en un galpón familiar, ubicado en el distrito de Moche, provincia de Trujillo, departamento La Libertad, con la finalidad de evaluar el rendimiento de la proteína animal en la dieta de pollos de carne de la línea Cobb 500 y el desempeño de este en la crianza durante el periodo de 15 a 35 días de edad, proyecto que se realizó desde el 09 Septiembre al 13 de Octubre del 2019. Se emplearon 60 pollos de ambos sexos, de 15 días de edad, distribuidos bajo un diseño completamente al azar, en 3 tratamientos con 5 repeticiones. Los tratamientos fueron: T1: Proteína 60%, T2: Proteína 59% y T3: Proteína 50%. Las variables evaluadas fueron: peso final (Pf), incremento de peso total (ΔP), consumo de alimento, conversión Alimenticia (CA), porcentaje de mortalidad (%), índice de eficiencia productiva (I.E.P), evaluación económica (beneficio- costo). Los pesos finales e incrementos de peso total alcanzados no fueron significativamente diferentes entre tratamientos (P>0,05), siendo 2015 gr, 1940 gr y 1900 gr, para T1, T2 y T3 respectivamente. Asimismo para el consumo de alimento y conversión alimenticia no se encontraron diferencias estadísticas significativas; pero el T1 obtuvo el mejor valor en estos parámetros. Se concluye que aunque los parámetros evaluados en su mayoría no fueron estadísticamente diferentes, los mejores resultados en relación incremento de peso y conversión alimenticia fue del T1 (Proteína 60%).es_PE
