Factores productivos, sociales, económicos y alimentarios relacionados con la anemia en menores de 5 años

Abstract
El propósito de este estudio, que se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo y adoptó un diseño correlacional y transversal, fue descubrir los elementos que ejercen influencia sobre la anemia en niños menores de 5 años en el distrito de Sanagoran. La muestra incluyó a 31 niños y niñas con anemia que cumplieron con los requisitos de inclusión establecidos. Los datos son procesados en programas estadísticos conforme a los objetivos propuestos y presentados en tablas, teniendo en cuenta la estadística descriptiva y porcentual, en cuanto a niveles de anemia, muestra que el mayor porcentaje de niños evaluados presentaron anemia moderada con 52%, seguido anemia leve con 48%, no encontrando casos de anemia grave. En cuanto a factores productivos el 42% producen y consumen, 32% producen, consumen y venden y 26% producen y venden, la mayoría producen y consumen. En los factores sociales según afiliación el 94% estaban afiliados a 1 - 2 programas de apoyo social, el 6% no tenía afiliación a ningún programa social y ninguno participaba en 3 o más programas sociales. En factores económicos el 94% tenía menos de la canasta básica familiar, el 3% contaba con canasta básica familiar y el 3% tenían más de la canasta básica familiar. En los factores alimentario con una alimentación inadecuada el 58% y adecuada el 42%. Si bien, existe relación entre los factores y la anemia, considerando el tamaño de la muestra, no se realizó las pruebas estadísticas de significancia por recomendación de expertos (estadístico) dado que perdería su potenciación
The purpose of this study, which was based on a quantitative approach and adopted a correlational and cross-sectional design, was to discover the elements that influence anemia in children under 5 years of age in Sanagoran district. The sample included 31 boys and girls with anemia who met the established inclusion requirements. The data are processed in statistical programs in accordance with the proposed objectives and presented in tables, taking into account the descriptive and percentage statistics, in terms of anemia levels, it shows that the highest percentage of children evaluated presented moderate anemia with 52%, followed by anemia mild with 48%, not finding cases of severe anemia. Regarding productive factors, 42% produce and consume, 32% produce, consume and sell and 26% produce and sell, the majority produce and consume. In the social factors according to affiliation, 94% were affiliated with 1 - 2 social support programs, 6% were not affiliated with any social program and none participated in 3 or more social programs.
