dc.description.abstractPara la ejecución de lo planteado en este informe nos basaremos en la estrategia de proponer y ejecutar las labores de prevención a las 28 unidades navales respectivas, propiedad de la empresa CORPORACION PESQUERA INCA SAC CHIMBOTE ANCASH, en la búsqueda de conservar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los mismos. Se dio inicio realizando los diagnósticos adecuados, llegando a establecer los componentes, así como los sistemas y los correspondientes subsistemas de las naves, empleando los respectivos formatos diseñados para tal fin, tomándose como un periodo idóneo un mes, la ejecución de la toma de lubricante hidráulico y su posterior análisis nos permitió prever fallas y consecuentemente disminuir los costos respectivamente. La supervisión realizada coadyuva en el cumplimiento de las actividades desarrolladas en las hojas de ruta nos ha permitido lograr mejoras en el IGM que paso de (90% - 10%) calculado para el año 2020 a las cifras de (92% - 08%) registrado en el año 2022.
dc.description.abstractFor the execution of what is stated in this report we will base ourselves on the strategy of proposing and executing prevention tasks to the 28 respective naval units, owned by the company CORPORACION PESQUERA INCA SAC CHIMBOTE ANCASH, in the search of preserving the availability and reliability of the same. It began by carrying out the appropriate diagnoses, establishing the components, as well as the systems and the corresponding subsystems of the ships, using the respective formats designed for this purpose, taking one month as an ideal period, the execution of the measurement. hydraulic lubricant and its subsequent analysis allowed us to predict failures and consequently reduce costs respectively.
