Motivación y capacidad de resiliencia en profesionales de enfermería del área Covid- 19 del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo

| dc.description | The quantitative research, of descriptive-correctional type, developed with a sample universe of 40 nursing professionals working in the Covid-19 area of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, had the objective of determining the relationship between the level of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with the degree of resilience capacity; using two instruments, one referring to determine the level of motivation and the second the degree of resilience capacity. The data processing was developed with the IBM SPSS 23.0 Statistical Software, and was presented in single and double entry tables; showing that the level of intrinsic motivation was high in 85 percent and medium in 15 percent; the level of extrinsic motivation was medium in 70 percent, low in 22.5 percent and high in 7.5 percent. Resilience was high at 60 percent and medium at 40 percent. For the statistical analysis, Kendall's Tau b test was used, concluding that there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and resilience capacity. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptivo - correlacional, desarrollada con un universo muestral de 40 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el área Covid - 19 del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de motivación intrínseca y extrínseca con el grado de capacidad de resiliencia; utilizando dos instrumentos, uno referente a determinar el nivel de motivación y el segundo el grado de capacidad de resiliencia. El procesamiento de datos se desarrolló con el Software Estadístico IBM SPSS 23.0, y se presentó en tablas de simple y doble entrada; evidenciándose que el nivel de motivación intrínseca fue alto en un 85 por ciento y medio en un 15 por ciento; el nivel de motivación extrínseca fue medio en un 70 por ciento, bajo en un 22,5 por ciento y alto en un 7,5 por ciento. La capacidad de resiliencia fue alta en un 60 y medio en un 40 por ciento. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba Tau b de Kendall, concluyéndose que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de motivación intrínseca y extrínseca con la capacidad de resiliencia.
