| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo general determinar los beneficios comerciales y financieros de las Billeteras Digitales de las Microempresa del jirón Zela, Trujillo. Año 2021. La investigación presentó un enfoque cuantitativo, es de tipo descriptiva, y fue de diseño no experimental, transversal. Se aplicó el método deductivo. Se logró aplicar la técnica de investigación encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario para ambas variables. Tuvo como población 72 microempresas formales, siendo todas las microempresas del jirón Zela de la ciudad de Trujillo. Después del procesamiento de los datos se demostró que existen beneficios comerciales y financieros de las billeteras digitales para las microempresas del Jirón Zela, Trujillo. Año 2021, se evidenció en el comportamiento de los datos estadísticos donde se observó mediante la evaluación que las dos variables se encuentran correlacionadas significativamente. También se pudo evidenciar que las billeteras digitales, su costo financiero y su frecuencia de uso, sí inciden en el desarrollo de las microempresas en mención. Se evaluó el comportamiento de las actividades comerciales y financieras, mediante los análisis estadísticos obtenidos por el cuestionario, donde se observó que la billetera más utilizada por los microempresarios es Yape con 72 usuarios, esto permitió un crecimiento de por lo menos entre el 1% y 20% del monto de sus ventas. En la gestión de mercaderías, nos indicó que las billeteras digitales otorgan un nivel bajo en la ayuda de la rotación de sus inventarios. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The general objective of this research is to determine the commercial and financial benefits of digital wallets for microenterprises in block three of Zela Street, Trujillo. Year 2021. The research presented a quantitative approach, is descriptive, and was of non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The deductive method was applied. It was possible to apply the survey research technique, whose instrument was the questionnaire for both variables. The population was 72 microenterprises, all of them located in the Zela neighborhood in the city of Trujillo. After processing the data, it was demonstrated that there are commercial and financial benefits of digital wallets for microenterprises in Jiron Zela, Trujillo. Year 2021, was evidenced in the behavior of the statistical data where it was observed through the evaluation that the two variables are significantly correlated. It was also shown that digital wallets, their financial cost and frequency of use do have an impact on the development of the microenterprises in question. The behavior of commercial and financial activities was evaluated through the statistical analysis obtained from the questionnaire, where it was observed that the wallet most used by microentrepreneurs is Yape with 72 users, which allowed a growth of at least 1% - 20% of the amount of their sales. In the management of merchandise, it indicated that digital wallets provide a low level of support for inventory turnover. | |
