dc.descriptionThe present study of descriptive, qualitative type analyzes the decisive capacity of the Educational Regional Hospital of Trujillo before the demand of pregnancy with risk of maternal death, from year 2001 to the 2005, having like problem, the decisive capacity of the Hospital and the factors you will articulate that they influence it. It is obtained like results having like reason of maternal death, in the 2001 of 61 x 100000 NV and in the 2005 of 291 x 100000 NV, being the more frequent maternal causes, the hypertensive disease of the pregnancy, and the hemorrhages like direct obstetrical causes, and that finished in multisystemic fault; putting into play the capacity systems of operating theater, human unit of intensive cares, laboratory, pharmacy and resources; that in spite of the efforts, the reason of maternal death is very high and is over the national average. One concludes, that the Educational Regional Hospital of Trujillo still is deficient in its decisive capacity that it has to do with the context where the problem begins and its factors you will articulate fail in its processes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de tipo descriptivo, cualitativo analiza la capacidad resolutiva del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo ante la demanda de gestantes con riesgo de muerte materna, desde el año 2001 al 2005, teniendo como problema, la capacidad resolutiva del Hospital y los factores articulares que la influyen. Se obtiene como resultados teniendo como razón de muerte materna, en el 2001 de 61 x 100000 NV y en el 2005 de 291 x 100000 NV, siendo las causas maternas más frecuentes, la enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo, y las hemorragias como causas obstétricas directas, y que terminaron en falla multisistémica; poniendo en juego la capacidad de los sistemas sala de operaciones, unidad de cuidados intensivos, laboratorio, farmacia y recursos humanos; que a pesar de los esfuerzos, la razón de muerte materna es muy alta y está por encima del promedio nacional. Se concluye, que el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo aún es deficiente en su capacidad resolutiva, que tiene que ver con el contexto donde se inicia el problema y sus factores articulares fallan en sus procesos.es_ES
