dc.descriptionABSTRACT The research was carried out at the School of Electronic Engineering of the Antenor Orrego Private University, an institution dedicated to the training of professionals, where research is mainly focused on determining the planning and control of the educational service and its influence on the amount of candidates and incoming students of the Professional Academic School of Electronic Engineering of the Antenor Orrego Private University. With the application of the forecast, the aggregate planning, the master production program and the production schedule, the number of students entering and entering 2018 was determined. To this end, the planning and control of operations has been applied, determining that the number of incoming students for the year 2018 is expected to be 115, to make the aggregate planning, the alternative hunting strategy was chosen because it is the most adapted to a service. The initial number of students entering and entering was 90 in the year 2017 and it is estimated that by 2018 it will be 115.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La investigación se llevó a cabo en la Escuela de Ingeniería Electrónica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, institución dedicada a la formación de profesionales, donde la investigación está enfocada principalmente en determinar el planeamiento y control del servicio educativo y su influencia en la cantidad de alumnos postulantes e ingresantes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Ingeniería Electrónica de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego. Con la aplicación del pronóstico, la planeación agregada, el programa maestro de producción y la programación de la producción se determinó el número de alumnos postulantes e ingresantes para el año 2018. Para ello se ha aplicado el planeamiento y control de operaciones determinándose que la cantidad de alumnos ingresantes para el año 2018 se espera que sea de 115, para hacer la planeación agregada se eligió la estrategia de alternativa caza por ser la que más se adapta a un servicio. La cantidad inicial de los alumnos postulantes e ingresantes fue de 90 en el año 2017 y se estima que para el año 2018 sea de 115.es_PE
