Abstract
La capacitación se convierte en un tema de relevancia en el contexto educativo hoy en día, dado que permite que los docentes estén en un aprendizaje continuo para aplicarlo con sus estudiantes, por ende, en su desempeño docente les permite tener un dominio en los temas que comparten y el logro de objetivos académicos. Por ello, esta investigación de revisión bibliográfica y comparar con la realidad encontrada respecto a cómo la capacitación repercute en el desempeño docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo evidenciándose positivamente en los óptimos resultados de su cumplimiento de las estrategias pedagógicas y las evaluaciones de desempeño docente.
La metodología utilizada fue el inductivo-deductivo, analítico - sintético y estadístico, haciendo uso de las técnicas cualitativas encuesta y entrevista e instrumentos como el cuestionario y guía de entrevista qué permitieron datos detallados de la realidad estudiada y las variables establecidas.
De acuerdo con el análisis de la investigación aportaron información significativa sobre cómo la capacitación repercute en el desempeño docente, enfatizando en sus dimensiones capacidades pedagógicas y proceso de enseñanza permitiendo concluir que la capacitación tiene un impacto positivo en el desempeño docente, convirtiéndose en un elemento estratégico para los docentes y la institución que pertenecen.
Description
Training becomes a relevant issue in the educational context that we currently live in, since it allows teachers to be in continuous learning to apply it with their students, therefore, in their teaching performance it allows them to have a mastery of the topics that share and the achievement of academic goals. For this reason, this bibliographic review research and compare with the reality found regarding how training affects teaching performance in the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of Trujillo, evidencing positively in the optimal results of their compliance with the pedagogical strategies and teacher performance evaluations.
The methodology used was inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and statistical, making use of the qualitative survey and interview techniques and instruments such as the questionnaire and interview guide, which allowed detailed data on the reality studied and the established variables.
According to the analysis of the research, they provided significant information on how training affects teacher performance, emphasizing pedagogical skills and the teaching process in its dimensions, allowing us to conclude that training has a positive impact on teacher performance, becoming a strategic element. for teachers and the institution they belong to.
