dc.descriptionThe investigation titled, "Strategies used by Partners (as) of Locomotion Disabled Association the Liberty to enter the labor market during the year 2012". This is correct to the partners (as) of Locomotion Disabled Association the Liberty comprising a total of 29 seniors who are working. Also descriptive investigation has had the purpose to analyze the strategies used by the Partners (as) of Locomotion Disabled Association the Liberty to enter the labor market during the year 2012. In the process of investigation techniques were applied qualitative and quantitative research to obtain a better approximation to the information, and have reliable objective data that allows having a real view of the current situation of the partners (as) in the work they perform. The results show that 100% of the partners (as) have used the training strategy, which not only includes training in regard to courses, imitation jewelery, furniture in melamine, bakery, computer and craft , but it is also important to note that seminars and workshops are useful for personal and professional development. It´s considered very important to study because this minority group are few references, research papers and thesis by other authors.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación titulada; “Estrategias que utilizan los Socios (as) de la Asociación de Discapacitados de Locomoción La Libertad para incorporarse al Mercado Laboral, durante el año 2012”. La cual ha sido realizada con los socios (as) de la Asociación de Discapacitados de Locomoción La Libertad que conforman un total de 29 personas mayores de edad que se encuentran trabajando. Así mismo la investigación descriptiva, ha tenido como propósito analizar las estrategias que utilizan los Socios (as) de la Asociación de Discapacitados de Locomoción La Libertad para incorporarse al Mercado Laboral, durante el año 2012. En el proceso de investigación se aplicaron técnicas de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa para obtener una mejor aproximación a la información, y tener datos fidedignos que permita tener una visión real de la situación actual de los socios (as) en el trabajo que desempeñan. Los resultados encontrados reflejan que el 100% de los socios (as) han utilizado la estrategia formativa, que no sólo comprende a la capacitación, en lo que respecta a los cursos de: bisutería, fabricación de muebles en melamine, panadería, computación y manualidades; sino también es importante resaltar que los seminarios y talleres son útiles para su desarrollo personal y profesional. Se considera que es de suma importancia hacer un estudio, con este grupo minoritario, ya que existen pocas referencias bibliográficas, artículos y tesis de investigación por otros autores.es_ES
