Abstract
RESUMEN
La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de demostrar que la aplicación del programa de supervisión pedagógica mejora el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 18332 del Líbano – Mendoza 2016. Se ejecuto una investigación experimental con diseño pre – experimental. La población y muestra lo conformaron 16 docentes, considerando como técnica la encuesta y el instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario con 19 ítems, considerando como las dimensiones; Preparación para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con 4 ítems, Enseñanza para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con 7 ítems, Participación en la gestión de la escuela articulada a la comunidad con 4 ítems y Participación en desarrollo de la profesionalidad y la identidad docente con 3 ítems, con las escalas Logrado (3 puntos), Proceso (2 puntos), Inicio (1 puntos), se utilizó la T Student, cuyo valor estadístico encontrado fue de 22,103, mayor al valor teórico de 1,753 con un grado de significancia de 0,000 menor a 0,05; observándose que el desempeño docente mejoró significativamente al aplicar el programa de supervisión pedagógica de un 0% al inicio a un 94% en el nivel logrado. Por lo que se concluye que el programa de supervisión pedagógica fue muy importante para mejorar el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 18332 del Líbano – Mendoza.

ABSTRACT
The present investigation was carried out in order to demonstrate that the application of the pedagogical supervision program improves the teaching performance in the Educational Institution N ° 18332 of the Lebanon - Mendoza 2016. An experimental research with pre - experimental design was executed. The population and sample consisted of 16 teachers, considering the survey technique and the instrument applied was the questionnaire with 19 items, considering the dimensions; Preparation for the learning of the students with 4 items, Teaching for the learning of the students with 7 items, Participation in the management of the school articulated to the community with 4 items and Participation in development of the professionalism and the teaching identity with 3 items , with the scales Achieved (3 points), Process (2 points), Start (1 points), the Student T was used, whose statistical value was 22,103, higher than the theoretical value of 1,753 with a degree of significance of 0,000 less at 0.05; It was observed that the teaching performance improved significantly when applying the pedagogical supervision program from 0% at the beginning to 94% at the level achieved. So it is concluded that the program of pedagogical supervision was very important to improve the teaching performance in the Educational Institution No. 18332 of Lebanon - Mendoza.
