dc.descriptionHealth in the elderly is a priority for reasons that humans are vulnerable to diseases that are prevalent, ie at this stage of life health becomes a basic necessity that not only is associated with health physical but also to mental health, which control the rest of the body is attributed. That is why this research study was conducted at the Hospital de Apoyo Chepén in the area of Social Service for the Elderly Programme which aims to introduce and describe the "SATISFACTION LEVEL ON ELDERLY CARE FRIENDS PROGRAM HEALTH SUPPORT IN HOSPITAL Chepén, Chepén DISTRICT REGION OF FREEDOM IN THE YEAR 2015 "; This work was conducted with a sample of 30 seniors. In this research, qualitative and quantitative data which led to the rescue of the facts and evidence which various methods and techniques such as observation, interview, survey and bibliography that was used to search for information on the level of satisfaction obtained applied the care of older adults. The first chapter covers the theoretical framework of the satisfaction level of care of the elderly conceptualize and health care of them. Besides the problem, hypothesis and research objectives posed, in the second chapter the methods and techniques used in research to see population sample is shown in the third chapter presents the results through quantitative data obtained by the information collected during the research and development in the fourth chapter the discussion of results is presented.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa salud en el adulto mayor es prioritario por motivos que el ser humano se encuentra vulnerable a las enfermedades que son frecuentes, es decir en esta etapa de la vida la salud pasa a ser un bien de primera necesidad que no solo se asocia a la salud física, sino también a la salud psíquica, a la cual se atribuye el control del resto del organismo. Es por ello que el presente estudio de investigación se realizó en el Hospital de Apoyo Chepén en el área de Servicio Social con el Programa del Adulto Mayor que tiene como finalidad dar a conocer y describir el “NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DEL ADULTO MAYOR SOBRE LA ATENCIÓN EN EL PROGRAMA DE AMIGOS DE LA SALUD EN EL HOSPITAL DE APOYO CHEPÉN, DISTRITO CHEPÉN, REGIÓN LA LIBERTAD EN EL AÑO 2015”; este trabajo se realizado con una muestra de 30 adultos mayores. En esta investigación se obtuvieron datos cualitativos y cuantitativos los cuales permitieron rescatar los hechos y testimonios lo cual se aplicaron diversos métodos y técnicas como la observación, entrevista, encuesta y recopilación bibliográfica que se utilizó para la búsqueda de información sobre el nivel de satisfacción de la atención de los adulto mayores. El primer capítulo abarca el marco teórico del nivel de satisfacción de atención del adulto mayor conceptualizar la atención y la salud de ellos. Además se plantean el problema, hipótesis y objetivos de la investigación, en el segundo capítulo se muestra los métodos y técnicas utilizados en la investigación a la ves población y muestra, en el tercer capítulo presenta los resultados a través de datos cuantitativos obtenidos por la información recolectada durante el desarrollo de la investigación y en el cuarto capítulo se presenta la discusión de resultados.es_ES
