| dc.description | The present descriptive – qualitative study was carried out in the Department of Emergency and Medicine in hospitalization area of Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo, with the purpose to describe the feelings and attitudes to have the Nursing Interns during the approach to the care of the customer, and the same way to interpret, to analyze, to understand and to discuss about the findings and make a conceptual framework. The population was constituted by the Nursing Interns and the sample was delimited using the technique of Snowball also defined as saturation. The sample was constituted by 8 Nursing Interns using the theoretical sampling that is according to the intentionality and necessity of information and not in relation to statistics results. The investigation’s subjects were chose according to the criterions used in the study. The speeches were obtained through methodological instruments as semi structured interviews that was applied by recordings in the respective service. The results show that caregiver training and care practices were articulated at all affectivity levels at which they are present: caregiver and client both involve contact, relationship and dependency. Similarly, the formation of the caregiver according to the nursing interns is oriented toward scientific - technology aspects and others of personal and social disposition; likewise it is in the care where he/she nurse intern describes the client like a complex subject but accessible either for the empathy which it's use to arrive to him, and in the same way teaching him/her with sensibility, that is also a necessity that is also a necessity for Nursing Interns during their academic training. Then we can say that affectivity is present in the Nursing interns everyday in a dimension that is joined from academic training to care’s practice, both aspects are building the nursing’s road toward the achievement of integral care. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio es de tipo descriptivo-cualitativo se realizó en el área de hospitalización de los servicios de emergencia y medicina del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, con el propósito de describir los sentimientos y actitudes que presentan los/las internas de Enfermería en su aproximación al cuidado del cliente y del mismo modo interpretar, analizar, comprender y discutir sobre los hallazgos y elaborar un marco conceptual. La población estuvo constituida por los internos/as de Enfermería y la muestra se delimito usando la técnica “Bola de nieve” o conocida también como saturación, la muestra delimitada resulto ser de 8 discursantes usando criterios del muestreo teórico es decir de acuerdo a la intencionalidad y necesidad de información, y no respecto a resultados estadísticos. Los discursos fueron obtenidos a través de instrumentos metodológicos como la Entrevista semiestructurada que fue aplicada mediante grabaciones. Se pudo develar lo siguiente: que la formación del cuidador y la práctica del cuidado se articulan en todos los niveles a la afectividad y en la cual están presentes: cuidador y cliente, ambos partícipes con contacto, relación y dependencia. Del mismo modo, la formación del cuidador según el/la interna de Enfermería se orienta hacia aspectos científicos tecnológicos, y otros de índole personal y social; asi mismo en la practica del cuidado es donde el/la interna de Enfermería describe al cliente como un sujeto complejo pero accesible ya sea por la empatía con la cual se llega hacia el, y de igual forma al educarlo con sensibilidad, que también es una necesidad para el/la interna de Enfermería durante su formación académica. Entonces diremos que el en el cotidiano de los/las internas de Enfermería esta presente la afectividad en una dimensión que se articula desde la formación académica hasta la practica del cuidado, dichos aspectos están construyendo el camino de Enfermería hacia el logro del cuidado integral. | es_PE |
