Abstract
Se propusieron quince procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) para la implementación de
Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA) en una droguería en la ciudad de Trujillo, bajo el
cumplimiento del Reglamento para el Registro, Control y Vigilancia Sanitaria de Productos
Farmacéuticos y afines. El objetivo fue especificar los procedimientos adecuados de cada etapa del
Sistema de Almacenamiento y los Registros de su ejecución, así como facilitar la compresión, las
funciones del personal involucrado. Para la propuesta de estos POEs se realizó una revisión de
POE’s pertenecientes al almacén de medicamentos. Igualmente se revisaron las siguientes normas
vigentes: Ley General de Salud – Ley Nº 26842, Ley Productos Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos
Médicos y Productos Sanitarios - Ley Nº29459, Reglamento de Establecimientos Farmacéuticos –
D.S. Nº 014-2011- SA., Reglamento para el Registro, Control y Vigilancia Sanitaria de Productos
Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios y se tomó como material de estudio al
Manual de Buenas Practicas de Almacenamiento. Se establecieron los procedimientos a ser
observados para que los productos farmacéuticos no sufran alteraciones durante su almacenamiento,
asegurando que los productos sean conservados de tal forma que se disminuyan los factores que
pudieran incidir sobre la calidad de los productos farmacéuticos y sobre la preservación de los
mismos. Con estos documentos (POE’s) se brinda un soporte de información actualizada, normada,
a los trabajadores de la empresa y se garantiza que los procedimientos se realicen diariamente con
un óptimo desempeño y con ello hacer llegar al cliente medicamentos de calidad, seguros y
eficaces.
Description
Fifteen standard operating procedures (SOPs) were proposed for the implementation of Good Storage Practices (GAP) in a drugstore in the city of Trujillo, under compliance with the Regulation for the Registration, Control and Health Surveillance of Pharmaceutical Products and related products. The objective was to specify the appropriate procedures of each stage of the Storage System and the Records of its execution, as well as to facilitate the understanding, the functions of the personnel involved. For the proposal of these SOPs, a review of SOPs belonging to the medicine store was carried out. Likewise, the following regulations were revised: General Health Law - Law No. 26842, Law on Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and Health Products - Law No. 29459, Regulation of Pharmaceutical Establishments - D.S. Nº 014-2011- SA., Regulation for the Registration, Control and Sanitary Vigilance of Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and Sanitary Products and the Manual of Good Storage Practices was taken as study material. The procedures to be observed were established so that the pharmaceutical products do not suffer alterations during their storage, ensuring that the products are conserved in such a way that the factors that could affect the quality of the pharmaceutical products and on the preservation thereof are diminished. . With these documents (POE's) an updated information support is provided, regulated, to the workers of the company and it is guaranteed that the procedures are carried out daily with an optimal performance and with this, to get the client quality, safe and effective medicines
