dc.descriptionThis descriptive-correlational research was conducted in order to determine the relationship between the knowledge level of the functions of the scrub and circulating nurse, and the job performance in the Surgical Center Victor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital. The sample population consisted of 33 nurses who were evaluated using two instruments: Knowledge level about the functions of the Scrub and Circulating Nurse, and an Observation Guide on Job Performance. The results were presented in single and double entry tables, applying the statistical chi-square test in order to verify the significance. The following conclusions were reached: the 69.69 percent of nurses have a high knowledge level of the functions of the scrub and circulating nurse, 30.30 percent and zero percent have low knowledge level. The 63.63 percent have a regular job performance, 21.21 percent a good performance, and only the 15.15 percent a poor performance. There is a significant relationship between the two variables p<0.05.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento de la funciones de la enfermera instrumentista y circulante y el desempeño laboral Centro Quirúrgico Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray la población muestra estuvo conformada por 33 enfermeras a quienes se les aplico dos instrumentos. Nivel de Conocimiento sobre funciones de la enfermera instrumentista y circulante y la Guía de Observación sobre el desempeño laboral, los resultados se presentaron en tablas de una Y doble entrada aplicando la prueba estadística de independencia de criterios Chi cuadrado para verificar la significancia llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: El 69,69 por ciento de las enfermeras tiene un alto nivel de conocimiento sobre las funciones de enfermera instrumentista y circulante, el 30,30 por ciento medio y cero por ciento nivel de conocimiento bajo. El 63.63 por ciento presentan un regular desempeño laboral, el 21,21 por ciento buen desempeño y solo el 15,15 por ciento mal desempeño, existe relación significativa entre las dos variables p<0.05.es_PE
