Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas pre profesionales tiene por objetivo evaluar el uso de antibacterianos en el Centro de Salud Materno Infantil Chicama mediante frecuencia porcentual y datos de consumo en el semestre julio – diciembre 2021, a fin de colaborar e instruir a las nuevas generaciones que lleguen a cumplir su periodo de prácticas y a la población en general acerca del uso racional de los antibacterianos. Se tomaron en cuenta todos los antibacterianos dispensados tanto para pacientes del centro como para aquellos por consulta ambulatoria. Los datos se recopilaron mediante el aplicativo Sismed versión 2.3.2vf del Área de Farmacia del Centro de Salud. Se obtuvieron datos de consumo por día y se realizó la recopilación por el segundo semestre del año 2021. En los resultados se obtuvieron que: las penicilinas fueron los fármacos más consumidos según grupo farmacológico con un 30,79%, específicamente la amoxicilina; según diagnostico se demandó más antibacterianos en los casos de infección de vías urinarias con un 31%, destacándose el uso de cefalexina; por su espectro de actividad predominaron los antibacterianos de amplio espectro con un 95%; por su actividad farmacológica se obtuvo un 65% de uso de bactericidas y por su comportamiento tiempo – dosis dependiente predominaron los primeros con un 69%. En conclusión, se puede observar que hay un manejo aceptable de este tipo de medicamentos, aun así, ciertos aspectos pueden mejorar; además se demandarían estudios más específicos respecto al gran grupo que representan estos agentes terapéuticos
ABSTRACT The objective of this report on pre-professional practices is to evaluate the use of antibacterials in the Chicama Maternal and Child Health Center through percentage frequency and consumption data in the semester July - December 2021, in order to collaborate and instruct the new generations that reach complete their internship period and the general population about the rational use of antibacterials. All antibacterials dispensed were taken into account, both for patients at the center and for those in an outpatient clinic. The data was collected using the Sismed version 2.3.2vf application from the Pharmacy Area of the Health Center. Consumption data per day were obtained and the compilation was carried out for the second semester of the year 2021. The results showed that: penicillins were the most consumed drugs according to pharmacological group with 30.79%, specifically amoxicillin; According to diagnosis, more antibacterials were demanded in cases of urinary tract infection with 31%, highlighting the use of cephalexin; Due to their spectrum of activity, broad-spectrum antibacterials predominated with 95%; Due to their pharmacological activity, 65% use of bactericides was obtained and due to their time-dependent dose behavior, the former predominated with 69%. In conclusion, it can be seen that there is an acceptable management of this type of medication, even so, certain aspects can be improved; In addition, more specific studies would be required regarding the large group that these therapeutic agents represent.
