Determinación de la cosecha en espárrago Asparagus officinalis L. Var. UC-157 F1 según los grados brix de sus raíces, en Virú, La Libertad

Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó durante los meses de noviembre del 2017 a febrero 2018 en la zona de Puerto Mori del Distrito de Virú, Provincia de Virú, Región La Libertad cuya ubicación geográfica es a: 8° 24’ 12” de latitud sur, 78° 53’ 45” de longitud Oeste; a una altitud media de 4 m.s.n.m. El objetivo fue determinar el momento de la cosecha en función a los grados brix de las raíces del cultivo de espárrago para esto se calculó un promedio por turno luego de tomar muestras radiculares de todos los lotes de los turnos TB21, TB22, TB24 y TB25, del fundo Puerto Mori, semanalmente durante tres semanas antes del chapodo y el mismo día del chapodo, éstas muestras fuerón llevadas al laboratorio y con la ayuda del brixómetro se obtenía el valor. Se concluye que conforme se va acercando el día del chapodo, los grados brix se van concentrando en las raíces. También se pudo visualizar que en los turnos donde sus grados brix fuerón mayores, el rendimiento de cosecha fue mayor a comparación de los turnos en los que sus grados brix no fueron tan altos.

The objective was to determine the time of harvest according to the brix degrees of the roots of the asparagus crop for this was calculated an average per-shift after taking root samples of all batches of the turns TB21, TB22, TB24 and TB25, of the Puerto Mori farm, weekly for three weeks before the chapodo and the same day as the chapodo, these samples were taken to the laboratory and with the help of the brixometer the value was obtained. It is concluded that as the day of the chapodo is approaching, the brix degrees are concentrated in the roots. It was also possible to visualize that in the shifts where their brix degrees were higher, the harvest yield was higher compared to the shifts in which their brix degrees were not so high.
