Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo general demostrar la relación
existente entre la gestión financiera y la rentabilidad de la empresa MECANORT TRUCKS S.A.C. del distrito de Moche, 2019. Así mismo, el estudio planteó tres objetivos específicos, las cuales fueron: Describir las actividades que se realizan en la gestión del efectivo, de los inventarios, las cuentas por cobrar y el financiamiento a corto plazo en la empresa; conocer las deficiencias que están presentes en las actividades de la gestión financiera de la empresa, analizar la rentabilidad, y finalmente elaborar una propuesta técnica en la gestión financiera para mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa MECANORT TRUCKS S.A.C. del distrito de Moche, 2019. El desarrollo del presente estudio se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel correlacional, y diseño no experimental. El tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico y la población muestral estuvo conformada por 10 trabajadores, de manera que se aplicaron la observación y análisis documentario como instrumentos de recolección de datos. Como principales resultados se tuvo que existen deficiencias en la gestión financiera de la empresa MECANORT TRUCKS S.A.C, dichas deficiencias repercuten en las rentabilidades operativas, netas y sobre los activos. Por
consiguiente, el análisis e interpretación de los resultados permitió concluir que a
gestión financiera incide de manera significativa (p=0.00) en la rentabilidad de la
empresa MECANORT TRUCKS S.A.C del distrito de Moche.
Description
The present research tried to demonstrate the relationship between financial
management and the profitability of the company MECANORT TRUCKS I.N.C. Moche District, 2019. The study also proposed three specific objectives, which were: To Describe the activities carried out in the management of cash, inventories, accounts receivable and short-term financing in the company. To know the deficiencies that are present in the activities of the financial management of the company, analyze the profitability, and finally prepare a technical proposal in the financial management to improve the profitability of the company MECANORT TRUCKS I.N.C. from the Moche district, 2019. The development of the present study was based on a quantitative, correlational approach, and non-experimental design. The type of sampling was not probabilistic and the sample population was made up of 10 workers, so that observation and analysis were applied Documentary as data collection instruments. As main results there were that there are deficiencies in the financial management of the company MECANORT TRUCKS I.N.C., these deficiencies have an impact on operating, net and financial returns. assets. Therefore, the analysis and interpretation of the results allowed us to conclude that the financial management has a significant impact (p = 0.00) on the profitability of the company MECANORT TRUCKS I.N.C. of the Moche district.
