dc.descriptionThe present thesis was carried out with the objective of analyzing the influence of the fulfillment of the graduate profile in the personal satisfaction of the students of the ten-cycle of the University of Trujillo Social Work Professional School. The specific objectives of the research are to identify how the fulfillment of the graduation profile is presented in the students of the X cycle of the Professional School of Social Work and to describe how the personal satisfaction of the students of the X cycle of the Professional School of Social Work is expressed. As part of the population and sample, there were 48 X cycle students and the methods used were inductive-deductive, synthetic analytical and finally statistical. Thus, the techniques applied were the interview and the survey, duly with the relevant instruments, such as the interview guide and the questionnaire, in order to collect both quantitative and qualitative data for the analysis of the variables. At the end of the research it was found that the fulfillment of the graduate profile has a direct and positive influence on personal satisfaction, which is evidenced in the achievement of competencies and skills acquired, contributing to the fulfillment of their goals and fostering commitment to the professional career.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia del cumplimiento del perfil de egreso en la satisfacción personal de los estudiantes de X ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Trabajo Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Social que pertenece a la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. La investigación tiene como objetivos específicos identificar cómo se presenta el cumplimiento del perfil de egreso en los estudiantes de X ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Trabajo Social y describir cómo se expresa la satisfacción personal de los estudiantes de X ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Trabajo Social. Como parte de la población y muestra, se contó con 48 estudiantes de X ciclo y los métodos que se emplearon fueron el inductivo-deductivo, analítico sintético y por último el estadístico. De este modo, las técnicas que se aplicaron fueron la entrevista y la encuesta debidamente con los instrumentos pertinentes, tales como la guía de entrevista y el cuestionario, con la finalidad de poder recoger los datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos para el análisis de las variables. Al finalizar la investigación se tuvo como resultados que el cumplimiento del perfil de egreso influye de manera directa y positiva en la satisfacción personal, que se evidencia en el logro de competencias y habilidades adquiridas contribuyendo al cumplimiento de sus metas y fomentando el compromiso con la carrera profesional.es_PE
