dc.descriptionThe development of this research to make a study on the implementation of Kaizen methodology and its influence on the level of income of the company ESPACIO CONTRATISTAS S.A.C. Information has been compiled for the periods 2011 and 2012 that generated the company during the ordinary course of its operations, data after being analyzed and interpreted can see the effect it has had on the profitability the start to better manage so its working capital. To improve a process is necessary to define its current state, therefore a diagnosis was made current production system, which showed the main deficiencies in the operational area and analyzed the results of total revenues. Furthermore, in order to be more competitive for best results is achieved implementing the Kaizen methodology in operational area whose approach seeks continuous development towards more efficient ways of working. In that sense, we determine labor costs that generate greater impact on the total cost of the service providedes_ES
dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del presente informe tiene como objetivo hacer un estudio sobre la aplicación de metodología Kaizen y su influencia en el nivel de ingresos de la empresa ESPACIO CONTRATISTAS S.A.C. Se ha recopilado información correspondiente a los períodos 2011 y 2012 que ha generado la empresa durante el desarrollo normal de sus operaciones, datos que luego de ser analizados e interpretados se puede apreciar el efecto que ha tenido en la rentabilidad el empezar a administrar de una mejor manera su capital de trabajo. Para mejorar un proceso es necesario definir su estado actual, por tanto se realizó un diagnóstico del sistema productivo actual, donde se mostró sus principales deficiencias en el área operativa y se analizó los resultados obtenidos en los ingresos totales. Así mismo, con el objetivo de ser más competitivos para obtener mejores resultados se ha conseguido aplicar la metodología Kaizen en el área de operativa, cuyo enfoque busca una evolución continua hacia formas más eficientes de trabajar. En ese sentido, determinamos costos de mano de obra que generan mayor impacto en el costo total del servicio brindado.es_ES
