Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de terminar cual es el Nivel del Clima Organizacional del Personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chicama, Agosto – 2017. Para el presente informe de investigación se utilizó el diseño descriptivo y se aplicó un cuestionario de 22 preguntas a una muestra de 85 personas. Sus resultados se obtuvieron en cada una de sus dimensiones: Satisfacción tiene una calificación promedio 13 que pertenece al intervalo (12-15) donde se resulta que tiene un nivel alto. Comunicación tiene una calificación promedio 23 que pertenece al intervalo (23-30), donde es un nivel Alto. Relaciones Interpersonales tienes una calificación 15 que pertenece al intervalo (11-15), donde resulta que tiene un nivel medio. Trabajo en equipo tiene una calificación promedio 16 que pertenece al intervalo (16-20), donde resulta que tiene un nivel alto. Motivación tiene una calificación promedio 17 que pertenece al intervalo (13-19), donde resulta que tiene un nivel medio. En conclusión el nivel del clima organizacional general tiene un nivel Alto, en donde permite desarrollarse poco a poco y sentirse satisfecho que hay solución y que se logró a buena hora de ver ese problema y trata de mejorar para poder cumplir sus objetivos diariamente. Por eso se recomienda impartir cursos de capacitación en tiempo adecuado que mejoren el ambiente en las diferentes dimensiones del clima organizacional

The present investigation work was elaborated with the purpose of finishing what is the Climate Level Organization of Personnel of the District Municipality of Chicama, August - 2017. For the present investigation report the descriptive design was used and a questionnaire was applied of 22 questions to a sample of 85 people. Its results were obtained in each of its dimensions: Satisfaction has an average score of 13 that belongs to the interval (12-15) where it is found to have a high level. Communication has an average rating of 23 that belongs to the interval (23-30), where it is a High level. Interpersonal Relationships You have a score of 15 that belongs to the interval (11-15), where it turns out that it has a medium level. Teamwork has an average rating of 16 that belongs to the interval (16-20), where it turns out that it has a high level. Motivation has an average rating of 17 that belongs to the interval (13-19), where it turns out that it has a medium level. In conclusion, the level of the general organizational climate has a high level, where you can develop little and little has been solved and you have achieved a good time to see the problem and try to improve to meet their daily objectives. That is why it is recommended to provide training courses in an adequate time that improve the environment in the different dimensions of the organizational climate
