| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar cómo el control gubernamental de las contrataciones públicas optimizara el gasto público en la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera en el año 2020, el diseño de la investigación que se utilizó en la entidad pública fue no experimental y de corte Transversal. La población estuvo conformada por la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera, año 2020 y la muestra estuvo constituido por las áreas que conforman la Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas de la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera, año 2020. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicaron técnicas e instrumentos validados por docentes especialistas en el tema, como fue la entrevista y análisis documental los cuales se aplicaron a la municipalidad para poder apreciar si tenían un conocimiento tanto de cómo realizar e implementar los controles gubernamentales en las contrataciones públicas, permitiendo así identificar y conocer las actividades diarias que realiza cada una de las áreas participes de los procesos de contrataciones, teniendo como resultado un cumplimiento del Plan Anual de Contrataciones del 49% y una ejecución del presupuesto del 69%; dejando en evidencia las deficiencias en los controles internos que tenían una repercusión en la ejecución del gasto para el año 2020. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this research was to determine how government control of public procurement would optimize public spending in the District Municipality of Víctor Larco Herrera in the year 2020, the design of the research that was used in the public entity was non-experimental and cross-section. The population was made up of the District Municipality of Víctor Larco Herrera, year 2020 and the sample was made up of the areas that make up the Administration and Finance Management of the District Municipality of Víctor Larco Herrera, year 2020. For the development of the investigation, techniques and instruments validated by specialist teachers in the subject were applied, such as the interview and documentary analysis, which were applied to the municipality to be able to assess whether they had knowledge of how to carry out and implement government controls in public contracting, thus allowing to identify and know the daily activities carried out by each of the areas participating in the contracting processes, resulting in 49% compliance with the Annual Contracting Plan and 69% budget execution; revealing the deficiencies in the internal controls that had an impact on the execution of the expenditure for the year 2020. | |
