dc.descriptionABSTRACT The Institutions and organizations created by man have a number of characteristics inherited from its creator, the man, this feature will allow to know them better because there are scientific studies on humans that can be applied to the management of organizations. This research seeks to analyze the relationship between makeup of humans with institutions and organizations created by man for which physical and mental conformation describe humans, likewise, the material and immaterial formation of the institutions created by man is described. The methods used are: Inductive - Deductive, analytic and synthetic, in the different stages of the development of research. It conclude that there is broad relationship between business organization and man in the research have been able to develop a representation of the management theories that were developed by authors without knowing that there was a relationship with the human structure.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN Las organizaciones creadas por el hombre presentan una serie de características heredadas de su creador, el hombre, esta característica permitirá conocerlas mejor pues existen estudios científicos sobre el ser humano que pueden aplicarse a la gestión de las organizaciones. La presente investigación busca analizar relación entre la conformación de los seres humanos con las organizaciones creadas por el hombre para lo cual se describe la conformación física y mental de los seres humanos, así mismo se describe la conformación material e inmaterial de las instituciones creadas por el hombre. Se utilizan los métodos: Inductivo – Deductivo, Analítico y Sintético, en las diferentes etapas de la elaboración de la investigación. Se concluye que existe amplia relación entre la organización empresarial y el ser humano, en la investigación realizada se han podido elaborar una representación de las teorías administrativas que fueron elaboradas por autores sin conocer que existía una relación con la estructura humana.es_PE
