dc.descriptionObjective: To determine the utility of the Doppler study of the vertebral artery in the diagnosis of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Materials and methods: Applied, analytical, cross-sectional and prospective study, in which all the medical records of pregnant women who are between week 19 and week 41 and who have sonographic studies (who have US I Trimester with LCC will be analyzed as main data and that meet the inclusion criteria) performed at the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo during the months of January to December 2018. The ultrasound study will determine the fetal biometry and the data of the doppler of the vertebral artery as the IP, IR and the VPS to subsequently monitor the pregnancy and collect data on the birth. The information will be evaluated and compared statistically using the SPSS program.es_PE
dc.description.abstractObjetivo: Determinar la utilidad del estudio doppler de la arteria vertebral en el diagnóstico de la restricción de crecimiento intrauterino (RCIU). Materiales y métodos: Estudio aplicado, analítico, transversal y prospectivo, en el que se analizaran todas las historias clínicas de las gestantes que se encuentren entre la semana 19 y la semana 41 y que cuenten con estudios ecográficos (que tengan US I Trimestre con LCC como dato principal y que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión) realizados en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo durante los meses de enero a diciembre del 2018. Del estudio ecográfico se determinará la biometría fetal y los datos del doppler de la arteria vertebral como el IP, IR y la VPS para posteriormente realizar un seguimiento de la gestación y recoger datos del parto. La información se evaluará y comparará estadísticamente utilizando el programa SPSS.es_PE
