| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal se realizo en pacientes en hemodiálisis en el hospital III EsSalud chimbote durante los meses de Marzo a Junio 2006, con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de calidad de vida y factores psicosociales. La muestra estuvo conformada por 65 pacientes los cuales fueron seleccionados de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplico los instrumentos para medir la calidad de vida del paciente en hemodiálisis según dimensiones Físicas, emocionales y sociales. La confiabilidad de dicho instrumento se determino mediante la prueba estadística de Alpha Crombach, fueron aplicados utilizando la entrevista personal y observación considerando los derechos de anonimato y confidencialidad. De los resultados analizados se obtuvo que los factores biosociales que más predominan son, son mayores de 61 años de edad, con un ingreso económico de 500 a 800 S/, un grado de instrucción secundaria y un tiempo de enfermedad de 1 a 3 años. El mayor porcentaje (86.2. %) de pacientes alcanzo un nivel de calidad de vida regular y el 13.8% presenta un nivel de calida de vida deficiente, El nivel de calidad de vida no guarda relación significativamente con ninguno de los factores biosociales | es_PE |
