dc.descriptionThe present investigation entitled "Relationship between work climate and work performance of the administrative area of the District Municipality of Víctor Larco Herrera- 2018" had as its main problem to determine if there is a direct relationship between both variables, the research design used is not experimental descriptive, the methods used were: inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, and statistical, the main technique that was applied was the survey that was structured with 72 questions, the population under study was 36 workers who work in the administrative area. The work climate was evaluated taking into account the indicators of: communication, working conditions and leadership, in terms of the evaluation of work performance was made taking into account the indicators that were: work performance, teamwork, organizational philosophy and worker skills ; The results obtained allow us to affirm that there is a direct relationship between the work environment and the work performance of the administrative workers of the District Municipality of Víctor Larco Herrera.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación titulada “Relación entre clima laboral y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera- 2018” tuvo como problema principal determinar si existe una relación directa entre ambas variables, el diseño de investigación utilizada es no experimental descriptiva, los métodos que se utilizaron fueron: inductivo, deductivo, analítico, sintético, y estadístico, la principal técnica que se aplicó fue la encuesta que estuvo estructurada con 72 preguntas, la población objeto de estudio fue de 36 trabajadores que laboran en la área administrativa. El clima laboral se evaluó teniendo en cuenta los indicadores de: comunicación, condiciones laborales y liderazgo, en cuanto a la evaluación de desempeño laboral se realizó teniendo en cuenta los indicadores que fueron: rendimiento laboral, trabajo en equipo, filosofía organizacional y competencias del trabajador; los resultados obtenidos de la información cuantitativa como también de la información cualitativa, permiten afirmar que existe una relación directa entre el clima laboral y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera.es_PE
