dc.descriptionThe present work of professional proficiency entitled "Operative Plan of Information Technologies for the Company TCONEXA S.A.C. - Trujillo ", is a proposal to plan the actions to be carried out under the support of information technologies in the company under study; that is, carry out a set of objectives and guidelines in order to achieve the implementation of their information technology strategies aligned with business strategies. This work presents the action plans of information technologies for the company TCONEXA S.A.C. - Trujillo; where, first, the problem is identified, the objectives and their justification are formulated, the theoretical basis that supports the operative IT plan in question is conceptualized: planning process, types of plans, operative plan, information technologies, communications , draft; second, the computer operating plan is prepared for the company under study, whose elaboration has been developed with the guide to elaborate the Formulation of the Operative Plan of the Entities of the Public Administration of the ONGEI (National Office of Electronic Government and Information Technology), incorporating some experiences obtained by the author; third, some conclusions and recommendations are presented in this investigation and, finally, the suggestions for the training of systems engineers in the UNT are presented.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado “Plan Operativo de Tecnologías de la Información para la Empresa TCONEXA S.A.C. - Trujillo”, es una propuesta para planificar las acciones a realizar bajo el soporte de las tecnologías de la información en la empresa en estudio; es decir, llevar a cabo un conjunto de objetivos y directrices con el fin de lograr la ejecución de sus estrategias de tecnologías de la información alineadas a las estrategias del negocio. Este trabajo presenta los planes de acción de tecnologías de la información para la empresa TCONEXA S.A.C. – Trujillo; en donde, primero, se identifica el problema, se formulan los objetivos y su justificación, se conceptualiza la base teórica que sustenta el plan operativo de TI en cuestión: proceso de planeación, tipos de planes, plan operativo, tecnologías de la información, comunicaciones, proyecto; segundo, se elabora el plan operativo informático para la empresa en estudio, cuya elaboración se ha desarrollado con la guía para elaborar la Formulación del Plan Operativo Informático de las Entidades de la Administración Pública de la ONGEI (Oficina Nacional de Gobierno Electrónico e Informática), incorporando algunas experiencias obtenidas por el autor; tercero, se dan a conocer algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones en esta investigación y, finalmente, se presenta las sugerencias para la formación de ingenieros de sistemas en la UNT.es_PE
