dc.descriptionThe present investigation has the study of the problems related to the internal control of cash and its impact on the financial management of the company of metallic structures Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez during the period 2015. The general objective of the investigation is precisely the determination of the internal control of cash in the financial management of the metal structures company Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez. The research was of descriptive type, of non experimental design, as population was used to the companies of the metalworking sector of the district of Victor Larco and the sample chosen of representative way was the company of metallic structures Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez with its collaborators. The fundamental result was to obtain information on how the internal control of cash affects the financial management of the company Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez. The investigation concluded that the internal control of cash has a significant impact on the financial management of the Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez metal structures company during the period 2015 because we have been able to determine in our results the improvement of the main financial indicators and changes favorable in the collaborators after the application of the internal control of the cash.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene a cabo el estudio de la problemática referente al control interno del efectivo y su incidencia en la gestión financiera de la empresa de estructuras metálicas Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez durante el periodo 2015. El objetivo general de la investigación es justamente la determinación del control interno del efectivo en la gestión financiera de la empresa de estructuras metálicas Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, de diseño no experimental, como población se utilizó a las empresas del rubro metalmecánico del distrito de Victor Larco y la muestra elegida de manera representativa fue la empresa de estructuras metálicas Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez con sus colaboradores. El resultado fundamental a consistido en obtener la información de cómo el control interno del efectivo incide en la gestión financiera de la empresa Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez. Mediante la investigación se concluyó que el control interno del efectivo incide de manera significativa en la gestión financiera de la empresa de estructuras metálicas Roberto A. Rodriguez Gutierrez durante el periodo 2015 porque hemos podido determinar en nuestros resultados la mejora de los principales indicadores financieros y cambios favorables en los colaboradores después de la aplicación del control interno del efectivo.es_PE
