Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar relación entre inversión pública en educación, salud y desarrollo humano de la Macrorregión norte del Perú, 2003 – 2019. Para ello, se empleó los datos anuales del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo y datos anuales de transparencia económica del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas de las regiones de Tumbes, Piura, Cajamarca, Lambayeque, La Libertad y Ancash. Se analizó la evolución del comportamiento de la inversión pública en educación, inversión Publica en salud y el Índice d Desarrollo Humano (IDH), a través del modelo de Mínimos Cuadrados ordinarios. En el resultado se obtuvo que existe una relación directa y significativa entre inversión pública en educación y la inversión pública en salud con el desarrollo humano, por lo que ante un aumento del 1% en la inversión pública en educación, el Índice de desarrollo humano aumentará un valor de 0.034 y ante el aumento de 1% en inversión pública en salud el índice de desarrollo humano aumentará valor de un 0.074 para la Macrorregión norte del Perú.
ABSTRACT The main objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between public investment in education, health and human development in the Northern Macroregion of Peru, 2003 - 2019. For this, annual data from the United Nations Development Program and annual data were used. of economic transparency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the regions of Tumbes, Piura, Cajamarca, Lambayeque, La Libertad and Ancash. The evolution of the behavior of public investment in education, public investment in health and the Human Development Index (IDH) was analyzed through the Ordinary Least Squares model. In the result it was obtained that there is a direct and significant relationship between public investment in education and public investment in health with human development, so that before an increase of 1% in public investment in education, the Human Development Index will increase. a value of 0.034 and given the 1% increase in public investment in health, the human development index will increase a value of 0.074 for the Northern Macroregion of Peru.
