| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio cuantitativo descriptivo correlacional, se realizó en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo, con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de estrés y las estrategias de afrontamiento en enfermeras de Centro Quirúrgico. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 enfermeras que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Para obtener la información se emplearon dos instrumentos: Escala de Valoración del Nivel de Estrés y Cuestionario de Afrontamiento (CA). Los datos recolectados fueron procesados en el programa SPSS versión 25 y los resultados presentados en tablas estadísticas. Para el análisis estadístico se empleó la prueba de independencia de criterios chi cuadrado. Se obtuvo que el 53.3 % de enfermeras tienen un nivel alto de estrés, el 30% un nivel medio y 16.7% un nivel bajo, por otro lado, el 53.3% de enfermeras indican un nivel medio de afrontamiento, el 40% bajo y 6.7% alto. Se llego a la conclusión que existe una relación estadística significativa entre el nivel de estrés y nivel de afrontamiento en enfermeras del servicio de Centro Quirúrgico 2019, Prueba de independencia de criterio Chi cuadrado (P = 0.05) | |
| dc.description.abstract | This correlational descriptive quantitative study was conducted at the Belén Hospital of Trujillo, with the objective of determining the relationship between the level of stress and coping strategies in nurses working at the Surgical Center. The sample consisted of 30 nurses who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Two instruments were used to obtain the information: Stress Level Rating Scale and Coping Styles Questionnaire (CSQ). The data collected were processed in SPSS 25 version and the results were reported in statistical tables. The chi-square test of independence criteria was used for statistical analysis. It was obtained that 53.3% of nurses have a high level of stress, 30% a medium level and 16.7% a low level, on the other hand, 53.3% of nurses indicate a medium level of coping, 40% low and 6.7% high.
