Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene por objeto analizar de qué manera la administración del capital de trabajo ha influenciado en la liquidez de la empresa y a la vez implementar propuestas de mejora para gestionar un adecuado grado de liquidez para el eficiente desenvolvimiento de sus operaciones. Para esta investigación se empleará el método Descriptivo, dado a que la información a utilizar se obtendrá a través de la observación directa, de tal manera, que podamos recabar todas las situaciones que surjan en la empresa, enfocándonos en aquellas que están relacionadas a la administración del capital de trabajo y que influyen directamente en el
aumento o disminución de la liquidez, pudiendo así identificar las causas y efectos de las mismas. Asimismo, se empleará el método Aplicativo, con la finalidad de brindar
recomendaciones o sugerir mejoras y/o soluciones a la empresa para que puedan administrar su capital de trabajo adecuadamente y consigan o conserven un óptimo grado de liquidez. Por otro lado, en este proyecto se analizará la situación financiera de la empresa año tras año, y en especial, el grado de liquidez que presenta a la fecha, determinando de esta manera la influencia de la administración del capital de trabajo sobre este último. Asimismo, se analizará las políticas de administración de capital de trabajo que haya adoptado la empresa y de no ser el caso, recomendar las estrategias más apropiadas para que administre su capital de manera adecuada, asegurando de esta manera la existencia de la empresa por más periodos.
Description
The purpose of this research work is to analyze how the management of working capital has influenced the liquidity of the company and at the same time implement improvement proposals to manage an adequate degree of liquidity for the efficient development of its operations. For this research, the Descriptive method will be used, given that the information to be used will be obtained through direct observation, in such
a way that we can gather all the situations that arise in the company, focusing on those that are related to the administration of working capital and that directly influence the increase or decrease of liquidity, thus being able to identify the causes and effects of the same. Likewise, the application method will be used, in order to provide recommendations or suggest improvements and / or solutions to the company so that they can manage their working capital adequately and achieve or maintain an optimum degree of liquidity. On the other hand, this project will analyze the financial situation of the
company year after year, and in particular, the degree of liquidity it presents to date, thus determining the influence of the administration of working capital on the latter. Likewise, the work capital management policies adopted by the company will be analyzed and, if this is not the case, recommend the most appropriate strategies so that it manages its capital adequately, thus ensuring the existence of the company for more periods.
